Why should I use automation tags?
Automation or chatbots can be created for different purposes within a workflow (think for example about enrichment automations, NPS automations, application tips etc.) but automation can also be specifically created for clients (for example with branded styling of the client).
A larger list of automation can come into existence rather quick and that requires a way of labeling these automations. This is where automation tags can help.
