How to set up Meta instant leads

Jobrock is offering to integrate Meta instant lead to be received by using the Jobrock lead API. This article provides a step-by-step guide to configure Meta Instant lead submit.

Connecting your Meta account to Jobrock

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Marketing channels. Click the "Add" button in the Facebook section.

  1. Add a Facebook account that has admin access to your company's Meta Business account to give Jobrock access to extract lead information.

NOTE: Did you have a connected Meta account before the 1st of November 2025 or is your Meta account currently connected to Jobrock? Please disconnect and reconnect this link in order to get the proper permissions.

  1. Once the Facebook user has been added, click on the three dots and select the "FB Instant Lead" option in the drop down menu.

  1. A page will open with a list of pages which are available for the added Facebook user. Subscribe the page from which you would like to receive the Meta Instant leads.

  1. Now you need to create an instant lead form in your Facebook ads. During the Instant Lead Form creation, navigate to "Form Settings" and choose "Tracking Parameters".

  1. Add a new Parameter with the following details:
    1. Parameter name = SourceId
    2. Parameter Value = Salesforce Vacancy ID
