Jobrock release - 10-05-2025
Impacted Jobrock modules:
Automation, Appointment, Core, Hub
Bugs & fixes:
- Angular UI package update
New features:
Automation result action update
From this update on it will be possible to select a webflow or WhatsApp chatbot automation as action behind an automation result.
Previously, a webflow automation could only support webflow follow-up automation as result action and for WhatsApp chatbot automations only WhatsApp chatbot automations could be selected as result action. Now, both automation types can be integrated into automation result actions.
This update allows you to activate a Whatsapp automation as a result action of a Webflow automation and vice versa. This also allows you to for example configure a webflow automation as backup for the "WhatsApp not delivered" result of a WhatsApp chatbot automation.
This feature will show you a toggle in the follow-up action of an automation result. When switching the toggle to webflow it will show published webflow automations if the toggle is set to WhatsApp chatbot automation it will show published WhatsApp chatbot automations to select.
A toggle appears when selecting the option to trigger an automation as an automation result action. Jobmatch object
Automations can now support to send vacancy details when triggered towards a Job.
Salesforce provides.
Salesforce (SF) provides only the JobMatch Object ID and Configuration ID in the Event automation request.
By default the JobMatch object contains 4 standard fields. Additionally custom fields can be added to this object if required.
Button for automation and appointment e-mail links
From this update on it is possible to create buttons for some of the automation and appointment e-mails.
NOTE: This is only possible for specific (invite and confirmation) automation and appointment e-mail templates!
This allows you to create a (styled) button instead of a link for:
- invitation link of automations
- invitation link of appointments
- reschedule link of appointments
