FAQ: What happens with unfinished WhatsApp chatbot automation?

Question:

In the case a WhatsApp chatbot automation is triggered and the contact/ candidate starts but stops somewhere during the automation?

Answer:

After 1 hour the candidate will receive an automated message: We haven't received an answer. Would you like to continue?"

In case the candidate answers with "no" -> the automation chat will be closed.

In case the candidate answers with "yes" -> the automation will continue. If the candidate does not respond the same message as mentioned above will be shown 2 times to the candidate (interval = 1 hour). After 2 hours (2 messages) the candidate will receive a final message stating the conversation will be closed.
