Exact Match, we need to match a record based on the Source Profile URL. To benefit from this feature, please have your Salesforce admin follow.

A "Match" or "Regular Match" indicates that we have found a record that matches the given First Name and Last Name. We make an effort to utilize "Fuzzy Matching" to ensure that names like "Marc Beni" and "Marc Benioff" are matched together wherever possible.

Possible Match, it means that we have found a record that matches based only on the First Name and Last Name. We have not found any other information, such as a common company associated with the record. For common names like 'Marc Benioff', this approach might result in matching to the wrong person."
