The initial invitation is the communication that is sent with the link to start the automation. Below is an example of different languages that can be used for the initial invitation of an automation.

Reminder automation templates

When a candidate does not respond immediately to the initial automation invitation, there is the possibility to automatically send a reminder. In some cases, a candidate does not have immediate time and forgets to start the automation later on.

After x number of days, the reminder will be automatically sent. Below are examples of these reminder templates. Users can configure up to three reminders in the settings, each with specific parameters for sending based on the number of days elapsed after the initial email and/or text invitation.
