How to add OpenAI & AzureAI account details

OpenAI account setup

Step 1: Create/open your OpenAI account

• If you don't have an OpenAI account: Visit OpenAI's website and sign up for an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
• If you already have an account: Log in to your OpenAI account to access your API key.

Step 2: Locate your API key

• Once logged in, navigate to the API section in your OpenAI account dashboard. Here, you'll find your API keys.
• If you haven't already created an API key, click on the "Create new API key" button, give it a name, and save the generated key.

Step 3: Adding OpenAI API key to Jobrock

• Log in to Jobrock.
• Navigate to the Admin page -> Jobrock AI -> Accounts
• Click on "Add account" in the top right corner to add a new OpenAI account.
• Select "OpenAI" in the Account type dropdown. Copy and paste your OpenAI API key into the designated field, give it a name, and save the changes.

AzureAI account setup

Step 1: Create/open your AzureAI account

• If you don't have an AzureAI account: Visit Microsoft Azure's website and sign up for an account. You may need to provide payment information for account verification.
• If you already have an account: Log in to your Azure portal to manage your services and access keys.

Step 2: Creating an Azure AI resource

• In the Azure portal, search for "Azure OpenAI" and select the AI service you wish to use with Jobrock.
• Click on "Create" to set up a new resource. Follow the setup wizard, selecting the appropriate subscription, resource group, and region. Choose a pricing tier that suits your needs and review the settings.
• Once the resource is created, navigate to the "Keys and Endpoint" section under resource management to find your key and base URL

Step 3: Create an AzureAI model

• Go back to the service dashboard, and look for an option to create a new model. This option might be labeled as “Create”, “New”, or “+ Add” depending on the service.
• Select the type of model you wish to create based on your requirements. AzureAI provides various pre-built models.
• Fill in the required details for your model such as name, description, and any other necessary configurations specific to the type of model you are creating.
• Submit the form to start the model creation process.

Step 4: Adding AzureAI account details to Jobrock

• Log in to Jobrock.
• Navigate to the Admin page -> Jobrock AI -> Accounts
• Click on "Add account" in the top right corner to add a new AzureAI account.
• Select "AzureAI" in the Account type dropdown. Copy and paste your AzureAI API key, base URL, and model name into the designated fields, give it a name, and save the changes.
