How to publish to Indeed via Jobrock?

Where to configure publication to Indeed?

Go to the Job feeds configuration screen in the Jobrock admin module via Admin > Entity > Job feeds.

Activate Jobrock publication to Indeed

Follow the steps below in order to set-up and activate the publishing of jobs to Indeed via Jobrock.

Step 1: Contact your Indeed contact person

Get in contact with your Indeed contact person in order to set-up your Indeed account (in case you do not have an account yet).

Tell/ discuss with your Indeed contact person:

A. you would like to use Jobrock for your job publication to Indeed.

B. whether you want to use Indeed Apply or not.

Step 2: Verify the Indeed feed mapping

Select the Indeed-Feed in the left column and verify the mapping.

Step 3: Add conditions (optional)

Click on the Condition link to add conditions to the feed.

You can add conditions in case you want to partially send your set of publications to Indeed.

Step 4: Inform your Indeed contact person about the activation of the Jobrock feed

If you are happy with the mapping define a date and time you will activate the feed. Inform your Indeed contact person about the moment you are about to activate the feed in Jobrock.

Step 5: Activate Indeed feed

On the moment discussed with your Indeed contact person activate the Indeed feed in Jobrock via the toggle.

Step 6: Activate Indeed apply (optional)

In case you decided to activate Indeed Apply, also activate the Indeed-apply toggle.

Step 7: Verify

After activating the feed, contact your Indeed contact person in order to verify that your job publications are correctly received by Indeed.

Indeed disposition Synch

Via the Indeed disposition Synch API status details of candidates who applied via Indeed can be pushed back to Indeed.

This feature will be automatically active once the Indeed feed is active, however this will only work if a custom mapping is provided.

In the table below you will find the mandatory mapping. Via this link you can fine the full table with more possible status mapping.

Step 1: Go to Indeed disposition mapping configuration

In Jobrock go to Admin -> Entity -> Job feeds -> Indeed-feed -> Indeed disposition mapping

Step 2: Workflow selection

Select the workflow in which Indeed applicants arrive in your ATS.

For example: "Permanent placement"

Step 3: Jobrock status selection

Select the JR workflow status you want to map.

For example: "New"

Step 4: Indeed status selection

Select the Indeed status you want to map to the selected workflow status in step 3.

For example: "NEW"

Step 5: Mandatory statuses

Make sure at least the above mentioned mandatory statuses are mapped.

Step 6: Save Indeed disposition mapping configuration

Click the Save button in order to save the created mapping.
